REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
All returns & exchanges are handled by our Customer Service team.
Please call or email if you wish to return or exchange any item.
We have a simple process for returning a product to us:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know
- Once your request to return a product has been processed, you will be provided with email or phone confirmation authorising the return.
- Place all items in a secure package outer and send back to us.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Your item must be in re-saleable condition with tags still attached.
MOB STREETWEAR reserves the right to deny a refund if the items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. You will be notified by email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a refund or exchange. This may result in a refund or exchange being refused by us.
No returns or exchanges can be made in person at our Warehouse.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you.
Where you are entitled to a refund, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding delivery and return charges.
We recommend that you return items through traceable mail as returned items which are not received by MOB STREETWEAR will not be issued a refund. We also recommend you ask for a proof of postage at the time of posting your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from. Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received at MOB STREETWEAR. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within ten days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
Return of Sale Items
We do not refund or replace Sale Items however you can choose a refund or exchange of goods if the Sale Item has a major problem or defect.
Shipping of Returns
If you were shipped the wrong order, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service team and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may be at error.

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
We deliver products worldwide. Great news.
Your parcel will be with Australia Post Express and you can track your order as it leaves us and into your hands.
Free Shipping is available for all orders over $75.
Under $75 a flat rate of $10.00 AUD will be added per order within Australia.
Flat fee shipping rate of $15 for all orders.
USA and UK
Flat fee shipping rate of $25 for all orders
Our delivery system is set up to have all orders received before 2:00pm AEST packed and shipped from our warehouse the same day. Orders shipped to metropolitan areas should be received between 1 - 3 business days. In most cases delivery will be within 24 hours of shipment confirmation. More remote areas should expect delivery to take no more than 5 business days. You are able to track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment email notification.
Orders placed on weekends or on public holidays will be processed for shipment the next business day.
Please note we try get order shipped and delivered as quickly as possible however delivery times are only estimates and we are not responsible for delays once an order has left our warehouse.

DISPATCH AND RECEIPT OF GOODS
We will attempt to dispatch all product orders within 48 hours of us receiving cleared funds for payment of the products. Ordered products will be delivered to the address nominated by you in your online order. In the event that we do not have your product in stock at the time of your order, we will let you know immediately as to when you can expect to receive it.
You need to provide the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of your order. If you provide an incorrect address,
MOB STREETWEAR is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We are prepared to deliver to your permanent residential address, your place of employment, or postal box. For products to be delivered to your workplace, you will be required to ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the delivery.
